Since NoGi Jiu Jitsu is a contact sport, we need to uphold certain standards to ensure the hygiene of our gym.  This means no bare feet or shoes off the mats.  Students should keep their nails and toenails trimmed down and have a clean change of clothing for each class if they are planning on taking more than one class that same day.  Don’t be the smelly guy!
